Alcohol Treatments:
We require a minimum £200.00 deposit per person for all Alcohol treatments. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is received and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.

Alcohol Support Program
We require a minimum £400.00 deposit per person for all alcohol support programs. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the initial appointment. If no notification is received and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash. Any further support treatments are to be used over the following 11 months. Monthly appointment must be used in that month and can not be carried over. If appointments are missed they will be deducted from the course of treatment and we are under no obligation to offer or provide a refund or alternative days in lieu.

Alcohol & Drug Top Up Treatments
Should you wish to have any further treatment sessions these will be charged at the current treatment rates.

Drug Treatments:
We require a £400.00 deposit for all Drug treatments. Refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is provided and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash.

Treatment Evaluation
Drug and alcohol treatments are based upon a set number of days. It may become evident during the detox program that the individual has underestimated or misrepresented their actual usage or is not following the treatment program instructions. In which case further treatments sessions or a break in treatment may be required. Any additional treatment sessions will incur additional costs and a break in treatment will result in lost treatment time. We reserve the right to charge £295.00 per session for any additional treatment sessions over the initial number of days estimated.

Our methods work for nearly everyone depending upon him or her, actually wanting to stop their drug use and following the treatment program & instructions as full client commitment is essential for the best results. This treatment is an intervention to help the individual to stop and regain control however individuals are responsible for their long term success. This treatment is not suitable for people who have mental health issues, expect to be cured or are unable to follow simple instructions.

All Appointments & Missed Time & Appointments
Appointments are made for consecutive days at the agreed times. Clients are securing treatment time in our diary, appointment times may be subject to change and will be agreed daily if any changes are required. If clients are late for an appointment this will be deducted from their treatment time. If appointments are missed or cancelled they will be deducted from the course of treatment and we are under no obligation to offer a refund or provide alternative days in lieu. When treatment time is missed due to lateness or cancellation clients cannot expect to achieve the same outcome as if they had not missed treatment time. If an individual has agreed and booked consecutive days of treatment (two or more) and on arrival at the centre informs us they intend to do less than the agreed and reserved number of treatment sessions thus leaving us with unfilled appointments at short notice, no treatment session will be provide, the deposit paid will be lost and no further treatment sessions will be provided.

Refunds & Cancellations
Deposit refunds for cancellation will only be made in the event of notification in writing of such cancellation no less than 2 working days prior to the appointment. If no notification is received and the appointment is missed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance of the treatment fee is payable at the appointment by credit/debit card or cash. If the appointment is made within two days and later cancelled or reappointed then the right to a refund is forfeited. All refunds are processed within 2 working days of the cancellation.

Unused Treatment Sessions
If any client fails to complete their course of treatment or if the individual completes the course of treatment earlier than expected, there will be no refunds issued for the unused treatment sessions.

Guarantee
Every client receives the exact same treatment program for their condition, there is no treatment variable however we do not offer any individual assurances or personal guarantees as any treatment carries an element of risk and individual responsibilities and experiences may vary as with any treatment process, this treatment is not a cure and full client commitment is essential for the best results. We do not offer a money back guarantee as you are buying treatment time in our diary to have the same treatment programs that have helped others however the outcome of each individual case is obviously unknown, it is for the individual to decide if they want to try our treatment programs and do so at their own risk.

Treatment is provided based upon these terms and conditions and all clients agree to these terms when making an appointment for treatment.

We operate a voluntary self-regulatory system under British common law as statutory regulation is recommended in therapies where there is a higher possible risk to the public from poor practice. Our complementary, non-medical treatment method is computer controlled so there is no margin for poor practice, in addition the treatment process is non-invasive and requires no physical contact except when attaching/detaching the wrist bands. Therapists explain the treatment process and answer any questions in relation to the treatment process, their presence is not required during the treatment process nor will it affect the overall outcome or result.
